I was in need of a couple of additional shelves for a cabinet I purchased from Furniture Factor, and let me tell you, the service was outstanding, with super helpful folks. They didn’t even charge me for those extra shelves! I’d definitely suggest this company, and I’ll be back when it’s time to refresh my furniture. Best experience I’ve ever had.

Overall, I'm happy with this sideboard. I'd suggest having two folks assemble the furniture!

The quality is really poor, and a few items showed up damaged. The metal parts also came in a bent state.

I'm super happy with the wardrobe's quality; it offers way more space than you'd expect. My daughter assembled her first flatpack wardrobe, and she only needed a hand to get it into place. Just like others have mentioned, the only drawback is the back panel—it's pretty flimsy and could use some beefing up.

The communication during my order was top-notch, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I ran into a bit of trouble while putting my unit together, which was totally my fault, but after reaching out to customer service, they were super helpful and really went above and beyond to assist me. I'm quite impressed and will surely shop here again.

The fit for the space was just right.

I had a tough time nailing down the measurements, but this item worked out perfectly for what I needed.
I’ve never worked with wood glue in my projects before, and it was a whole new experience that took a bit of time to get used to.
The edges of the door were peeling, so I had to apply the glue to stick it back together before moving forward with the build.
Now that it’s all put together, it’s doing its job just fine.

Muddasir at Furniture Factors has been fantastic in sorting this out for us - I've gotten super quick replies and the door is being swapped out at no cost. Because of this, I’d definitely shop at Furniture Factors again and would suggest them to others.

I'm quite happy with Furniture Factor. To start, they brought the utility units ahead of the expected date, and on top of that, the assembly was a breeze. The ordering was simple, and I got to chat with a super helpful fella in sales when I had questions about the products.

The product details mentioned delivery in 3-7 days. After waiting a few days without an estimated delivery date, I shot them an email to check on it. They quickly got back to me, saying it would take 7-10 working days, and sure enough, it showed up within that timeframe (it would’ve been better if the website had stated 7-10 days instead).

A few days after my inquiry, I got a text with the delivery date, which I confirmed, and they even called me an hour before they arrived on the day.

I'm satisfied with the item (Hugo mirrored 4 drawer shoe cabinet). The assembly instructions were quite clear. The only minor hiccup was that not all the holes were pre-drilled. The magnetic fixings for the drawers needed some drilling, which was a bit odd since the other holes were already done. It took a little extra time to make sure everything was lined up right (the instructions indicate how far down three of the fixings should go lengthwise, but not widthwise, and it doesn’t specify how far down the first one should be). Still, aside from that, it was straightforward to assemble, and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

I’d definitely recommend Furniture Factor.

Got some updates on when the item shipped. Delivery was speedy and the product matched the description. Communication was prompt.

I'm a bit let down that the delivery guy can't bring the boxes inside the house. We live in a single-story place with just one step leading into the room, you know?

The desk showed up right on schedule and it's really nice. The instructions could use some improvement and clarity!
